2. Products & Services

Nynth Studio is a manufacturer and supplier of:

  • Corporate uniforms

  • Industrial workwear

  • Customized T-shirts, polo shirts, and shirts

  • Promotional and branded merchandise

  • Corporate gifting products including bottles, pens, bags, and related items

Many of our products are made-to-order and may include custom branding such as printing, embroidery, or logo application.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Nynth Studio.

  • Customized and bulk orders require written approval of artwork, sizing, and specifications before production begins.

  • Once design approval is provided by the client, changes may not be possible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Customized and bulk orders may require partial or full advance payment before production.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Bank Transfers

5. Customization Policy

  • Customized products (including logo-printed or embroidered items) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate logo files, color codes, sizes, and specifications.

  • Minor color or placement variations may occur due to fabric type, print process, or screen display differences.

6. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines vary depending on quantity, design complexity, and product type.

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • Nynth Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch of goods.

7. Returns & Refunds

Non-Customized Products

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customized Products

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, graphics, branding, and designs, is the property of Nynth Studio.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

  • Client-provided logos and trademarks remain the property of the respective client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nynth Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Business interruption or loss of profits

  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information only for order processing, communication, and business purposes.

11. Governing Law

12. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply for customized uniforms and merchandise.

  • Sample development may be chargeable.

  • Production begins only after final approval of design, fabric, and sizing.
